You can also place it yourself if you would like it instantly
online. First you must register, log in if you have already
registered. Go to "My Listing" page and click
"Add a Listing". Fill out the listing form.
Upload your photos. Your property will be instantly online.

Q: How much does it cost to Place a
Property Listing?
Only $44.95 for one year. Payment can be made securely
by Pay-Pal, Credit Card, or by Check.
A Listing that includes 360 Virtual Tour Photography is
$79.95

Q: How do I get my property listed as
a Featured Property on the home page?
All properties listed with 360 Virtual Tours will randomly
appear as a feature properties on our home page, during
the term of their listing.

Q: When do I get to add my photos?
Once you have submitted your listing and made payment
you will be able to upload photos. If you want to modify
your photos at any time, log in and go to My Listings
page. From there you can select which properties photos
you want to edit.

Q: How do I upload my Photos?
Once you have submitted your listing and made payment,
step 4 will take you to the upload photo page.
We recommend that you prepare your images before you
begin to upload them. They can be in either .GIF or .JPG
format, no wider than 320 pixels, and no higher than 240
pixels. The maximum file size is 30 kilobytes. For best
results, use a width of 320 with a height of 240. If you
save them as compressed JPG files, at 55% or less, (or
level 4 or 5 Progressive jpg files), the files will still
be under 30 kilobytes and will look great!
I will edit photos for a small fee. Check the photography
graphics page.

Q: Can I change the photos once they
are uploaded?
Yes. You may change photos as often as you like as long
as you are uploading them yourself using the photo upload
feature from the "My Listings" page.

Q: What size photos are accepted and
in what format?
We accept GIF and JPEG images. The suffix must be either
.GIF or .gif for GIF images and .JPG or .jpg for JPEG
images. Photos can be up to 320 pixels wide (4 inches
at 72 pixels per inch) and 240 pixels high. Each image
can be no more than 30 kilobytes.
I will edit photos for a small fee. Check the photography
graphics page.

Q: If I don't want to upload my photos
myself, what options do I have?
Once your ad is placed you will be issued a listing #.
Simply send us the pictures with your listing # on the
back and we will scan and upload your photos for you.

they appear?
All photos are normally scanned and uploaded to your listing
within 24 hours of receipt.

Q: How do I cancel my ad?
You may cancel your listing at any time by sending an
e-mail to jaxlistings@jaxlistings.com. Just include the
Listing ID#.
